 1. By registering, you certify that all information you provide is true & accurate. If it is found to be false, your registration will be canceled immediately and the Refund of the assignment will not be given back at any cost.

2. An advance of 50% is to be made before the commencement of the shoot.

3. Copyright and Ownership – In accordance with the copyright, Designs & Patents Act 1988, the copyright of all the images/videos created by Photographer is owned by Photographer.

• Unless Photographer gives written authorization, the Client is forbidden by law to copy any images/video created by Photographer and agrees that all photographic/video reprints, digital duplications, or copies of any type made from images/video created by Photographer shall only be carried out by Photographer.

• The license to reproduce such images/videos is granted to the Client on the understanding that the license is only granted once all payment is made in full.

• The owner of the copyright of all the images/videos created from the photoshoots will be the photographer by default, under the brand name -"Ashish Rampal Photography", or any other name associated with the owner.

• The photographer will have the rights to display selected photos/videos of his choice on the website "Ashish Rampal Photography", or any other name associated with the owner's and also on selected portals & social networking sites.

• Photographer reserves the right to make reproductions of images/videos created during an assignment for marketing, promotional, competition, and editorial purpose.

• If the client wishes to own the copyright of images/video created by Photographer, an additional fee 50% of the assignment fee will be paid by Client to Photographer for transferring the copyright. The transfer of copyright will only become applicable after this payment has been made in full either Digital payment or Cash payment on receipt.

4. I confirm and commence a shoot after receiving 50 % of the fees in advance.

5. If the cancelation by the client, the amount of 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

6. If the client reschedules the shoot the amount will be carry forward to the next scheduled date. Reschedule can not be done more than 3 times.

 

7. If Photographer Cancel/Postpone the assignment he is liable to pay the full refund to Client taken at the time of booking.

 

8. The balance photography/videography fee will be due on the day of the shoot.

 

9. The photography/videography fee is not refundable.

 

10. The Photographer reserves the right to charge interest on all overdue invoices at a rate of 10% per month or 2% per day above until said invoices have been paid in full.

 

11. Bookings to be made in advance & payment to be made by cash or digital payment (Google Pay, Paytm, etc)

 

12. Approval of shots must be done by the client on the spot, as the shoot will not be repeated.

 

13. I do provide prints of the images but the printing of images is extra.

 

14. The extent of post-production re-touching of photos will be based on the photographer's professional judgment.
